We Are Hiring For:
1. Contracts Manager
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and the on-site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of construction contracts, from planning to execution.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with client expectations.
- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Overseeing project procurement and managing subcontractors.
- Monitoring progress on site and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
2. Onsite Foreman
As an Onsite Foreman, you will lead the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the smooth running of projects and supervising tradespeople. This role requires hands-on experience in construction as well as strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising on-site construction activities and managing site teams.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project specifications.

- Maintaining health and safety protocols on-site.
- Communicating progress to the Contracts Manager and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Onsite Foreman in construction.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and health and safety regulations.
3. Multi Traders
We are seeking Multi Traders with expertise across various trades to work on a range of projects. If you have experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, or plastering, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering.
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications.
- Working closely with other tradespeople and site management to meet project deadlines.
