Henry Lynch commenced his career as an apprentice carpenter 14 years ago, following in his brother’s footsteps, Henry quickly distinguished himself by winning the prestigious Oxfordshire’s Best Apprentice Award. Henry’s path then led him into the office, where he thrived as a skilled project manager working for his father’s company Lynch Building Contractors. Today, he stands as the accomplished Managing Director of Lynch Brother Homes, a testament to his commitment and ascent within the construction industry.

John Lynch embarked on his career 18 years ago as an apprentice carpenter, mastering the art of construction from the ground up. His journey led him through the ranks to project management, where he adeptly oversaw construction endeavours. John’s remarkable ascent from carpentry apprentice to a leadership role exemplifies his commitment and ability to deliver excellence in every facet of homebuilding.

Charley Ingram has had an inspiring journey that showcases her dedication and versatility in the professional world. Starting her career at British Gas as an Account Manager, Charley gained her skills in client relations, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. This foundation set the stage for her current role as our Office Manager, where she ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Her keen eye for detail, combined with a genuine passion for fostering a productive work environment, has made her an invaluable asset to our team.

Laoise started her career at BMS World Mission, a charity organisation where she honed her skills in the accounts department. During her tenure, Laoise demonstrated remarkable proficiency and a strong work ethic, setting a solid foundation for her future career in finance. 

Since joining Lynch Brother Homes in April 2023, Laoise has made significant strides in her professional journey. She has successfully completed Level 2 of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification and is currently midway through Level 3 at Abingdon & Witney College. Laoise’s meticulous attention to detail and expertise ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Kiera joined the Lynch Brother Homes team in September 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing a wealth of expertise and a meticulous eye for detail to her role. A graduate with a Level 3 qualification in Business Studies.

Outside of her professional life, Kiera is deeply passionate about gymnastics. She dedicates her free time as a gymnastics coach and has successfully trained three national champions. Her dedication, discipline, and commitment to nurturing talent shine through in all aspects of her life.
