Today, he stands as the accomplished Managing Director of Lynch Brother Homes, leading a team of over 50 professionals. His dedication and commitment to continual improvement has earned him glowing industry recognition and awards, including Young Business Person of the Year at the 2025 Oxfordshire Business Awards.
John Lynch embarked on his career 18 years ago as an apprentice carpenter, representing the third generation of the Lynch family in construction. His journey has led him through the ranks to project management, where he adeptly oversaw complex construction projects. Today, as Director of Lynch Brother Homes and co-founder of J & H Lynch, John remains hands-on, personally visiting sites to ensure that every single project meets the exceptionally high standards the Lynch name represents.
