Our Building Process

Our professional management team will visit your property to thoroughly assess the project requirements, survey the existing space, and understand your vision.

Following our site visit, we’ll prepare a detailed tender package tailored specifically to your project requirements and budget parameters.

We offer flexible contract options, either creating in-house documentation using industry-standard JCT or RIBA formats, or working seamlessly with your appointed contracts administrator.

Approximately five weeks before work commences, you’ll meet your dedicated project team including a company director, project manager, site management personnel, and key subcontractors ensuring all aspects of your project are thoroughly planned.

Work starts on schedule with our self-sufficient team overseeing the entire build. Regular updates keep everyone aligned, while our management ensures compliance and strict quality control throughout.

Following our meticulous snagging process, we achieve practical completion and provide comprehensive handover documentation and support through the 6-12 month rectification period.
