We are looking for an experienced, reliable skilled labourer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is not a short-term fill-in or a role with a ceiling on it. We have a track record of developing people who join in this position into long-term team members with genuine careers in construction — and we are looking for someone who wants that opportunity.

Pay: £100.00–£150.00 per day Job Type: Full-time Location: Oxford and Oxfordshire — in person

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working across our residential projects in Oxford and Oxfordshire — new builds, extensions, loft conversions and structural alterations — supporting tradespeople and foremen to keep sites running efficiently. Day to day, that includes:

• Working alongside carpenters, builders and other trades across live residential sites
• Assisting the on-site foreman with daily construction tasks and site coordination
• Clearing, cleaning and maintaining the site to the standard we expect on every project
• Carrying out general construction tasks as required across the build programme
• Organising yourself to become a valuable, trusted part of the on-site team

Our sites are well-planned and well-resourced. You will always have clear direction, know what is expected of you and be working within a team that communicates properly — not scrambling around a disorganised site trying to work out what is happening next.

What We Expect

We have set a high bar at Lynch Brother Homes, and we look for people who want to meet it. The right candidate will bring:

• A minimum of five years’ experience working on residential construction sites
• A valid UK driving licence
• Fluent English — clear communication is central to how our sites operate
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic that does not need supervising
• A proactive attitude — we value people who see what needs doing and get on with it
• UK work authorisation

We are not looking for someone who treats this as just a labouring job. We want someone who takes pride in being part of a build, understands how a well-run site operates and wants to grow within a company that will invest in them.
